HEFAT® Courses

Hostile Environments Training for Managers

This course is aimed at senior and/or middle management. Such managers might not perhaps deploy into the field regularly in the line of their daily duties, and therefore do not require the full five-days training, but may be required to go from time to time or need to be prepared for such an eventuality.

The two-day course is a shortened version of the HEFAT® course, and covers some of the more essential training modules. It can be tailored towards the areas in the world that they are likely to have to visit, with subjects agreed with the organisation concerned.

This training is based on the learning principles of the HEFAT® course, but is conducted over two days and aims to meet the requirement for safety training in the event that a manager may occasionally have to go into the field for a site visit, for example, or for an emergency, e.g. the repatriation of a staff member following a major incident.
